Greenhouse is seeking a Strategic Consultant to join the Customer Success and Professional Services teams. This role focuses on managing the company's largest and most complex paid strategic enablement engagements, serving as an integral member driving Greenhouse-led implementations, system audits, strategic advisement, reconfigurations, and change management initiatives.
You will work strategically with Greenhouse's largest and fastest-growing customers to help upgrade their workflows, system configurations, and recruiting strategies. Key responsibilities include building documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes, strategizing and overseeing the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously, and partnering with customers for specific engagement periods to advise, educate, and facilitate changes based on your recommendations. You will conduct account and workflow audits with detailed recommendations, engage in change management and evangelism activities, and handle additional projects as business needs require.
The ideal candidate is an organized multi-tasker who can handle multiple complex engagements simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You should be a collaborative teammate who works effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Greenhouse and Talent Acquisition best practices, and a creative builder who identifies process gaps and actively optimizes documentation, resources, workflows, and tools. You will serve as an advocate, transforming customers from passive users into active champions of the product.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive Greenhouse knowledge
- Project management experience
- 3+ years of experience advising on talent-related functions
- Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive, strategic, and thoughtful
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work well on a team, and adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities
- Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day and curious about how they could help customers get more out of their recruiting process
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom as of the start date
