ICEYE is seeking an experienced Stock & Logistics Manager to lead material flow and inventory management across its manufacturing operations in Lisbon. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Head of MAITE, Optics, within the Global Manufacturing Organization.
You will own end-to-end inventory management, warehousing, and inbound/outbound logistics across multiple sites, ensuring materials are available to support production schedules. Key responsibilities include managing the flow of components and finished goods, overseeing freight forwarding and customs clearance, coordinating with carriers and third-party logistics providers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations (ITAR, EAR, dual-use export controls).
You will develop and maintain supplier and carrier relationships to secure reliable service during high-demand periods, monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance availability against cost, and define/track key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, lead times, and freight costs. The role requires coordination with procurement, production planning, and quality teams, as well as managing the handling and transport of sensitive aerospace components in line with AS9100 and ECSS standards.
You will lead and develop a logistics team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence. You'll identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency as the business scales, and manage logistics risk including contingency planning for supply disruptions and geopolitical factors.
This is a permanent, on-site position in Lisbon. ICEYE is building its Lisbon manufacturing organization ahead of site ramp-up, with the role expected to open formally in Q4 2026.
