Salary: EUR 36,000 - 38,000 / annual
Roadsurfer is Europe's largest campervan rental company, offering rental, subscription, and unique camping spot discovery services across the continent. As Station Manager for the Geneva-Pays de Gex location, you will lead the establishment and day-to-day operations of this station, serving as the primary point of contact for location management and team leadership.
Your core responsibilities include: independently managing the station's operations in close collaboration with central departments; implementing and optimizing existing processes while contributing your own improvements (vehicle returns, handovers, preparation); maintaining constant communication with international teams to drive continuous improvement; leading and motivating your on-site team through onboarding, task planning, and quality control; building and recruiting the right talent for your location; overseeing the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners; and providing expert customer consultation on roadsurfer's products (rent, abo subscriptions, spots platform, and sales).
You will work in a collegial environment with flat hierarchies, regular team events, and a hands-on culture. The role requires excellent English and fluent French, a valid Class B driver's license, and 1-2 years of relevant experience in car rental, tourism, or similar fields. Team leadership experience is advantageous. You should be customer-focused, a strong communicator, resilient problem-solver, and highly organized.
