Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own execution for the Sand Table team, a revolutionary platform for visualizing defense scenarios. Sand Table transforms massive data streams into an intuitive, interactive 3D command center used for mission simulations, business development, and demonstrations to government and military leaders. The platform combines high-performance C++ engine development, XR hardware integration, plugin frameworks, and live demonstrations to senior stakeholders. In this high-agency role, you will be the connective tissue between design, engineering, product, and key stakeholders. You'll maintain timelines, resolve dependencies, and drive relentless execution toward delivery while protecting team focus and momentum. Key responsibilities include: owning the full delivery cadence from planning through release; proactively identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies and blockers; protecting the team from scope creep and thrash while ensuring legitimate priorities are addressed; establishing and maintaining release processes that ensure quality standards; building strong stakeholder relationships and providing clear program updates that translate technical complexity into business impact; coordinating the complex logistics of delivering flawless XR demonstrations to critical audiences; implementing lightweight, effective processes for planning and tracking; and maintaining a living risk picture with proactive mitigation plans. You'll manage the full complexity of delivering a real-time 3D platform spanning C++ engine development, XR hardware integration, plugin frameworks, and live demonstrations. This requires comfort navigating ambiguity, operating with minimal direction, and building processes that allow a fast-moving team to scale without losing speed. You should move on things before being asked, anticipate problems before they materialize, and drive relentlessly toward outcomes.
