Rippling is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead product development and geographic expansion initiatives. Based in Bangalore, this strategic role requires deep technical expertise to partner with product and engineering leadership, providing technical direction for complex, cross-team engineering programs.
You will own execution plans for major initiatives, champion predictable and timely delivery, and drive mitigation of risks across programs. Core responsibilities include engaging in technical discussions, identifying and resolving dependencies and technical blockers, mitigating architectural risks, and applying best-in-class program management practices.
Key focus areas include:
Technical Strategy & Planning: Drive strategic, cross-functional planning and execution roadmaps. Develop comprehensive technical strategies aligned with product vision and business objectives.
Program Execution & Delivery: Own end-to-end program execution, ensuring predictable delivery timelines. Manage complex dependencies across engineering teams and identify blockers early.
Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and execution risks. Develop contingency plans and drive resolution of architectural challenges.
Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate alignment across product, engineering, and leadership teams. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to diverse audiences.
Metrics & Success: Define and track quantifiable success metrics. Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and team efficiency.
