Form Energy is hiring a Staff Supply Chain Systems Analyst to manage and build out the purchasing systems ecosystem. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Purchasing within the Supply Chain group and involves maintaining and developing purchasing systems in collaboration with Global Sourcing and Purchasing Teams.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary system administrator for ZipHQ, maintaining configuration, user roles, and platform health while identifying and implementing workflow improvements to streamline purchasing and approval processes. You will manage integrations and API connections between Zip and other business systems (ERP, Jira, procurement tools, supplier punchout catalogs), ensuring accurate and reliable data flow across platforms.
You'll coordinate with Finance and IT Admins to configure, troubleshoot, and expand purchasing capabilities to scale with company growth. The role involves designing and building new capabilities and workflows within Zip to support evolving purchasing needs, partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. You'll monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize adoption and efficiency.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) with 5+ years managing enterprise procurement or supply chain systems. You must have demonstrated experience administering procurement or purchasing systems (Zip, ERP, MRP), hands-on experience with system integrations and APIs connecting procurement platforms to other business systems, and experience configuring or managing supplier punchout catalogs (cXML/OCI). New system implementation experience is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
