Salary: USD 130,800 - 163,500 / annual
Archer Technologies is an aerospace company building all-electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for sustainable air mobility. We are seeking a Staff Supply Chain System Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA supply chain planning solutions.
In this role, you will be a technical expert and strategic advisor for our supply chain planning infrastructure. You will participate in designing and configuring SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (ePP/DS) and MRP Live modules to support production planning, detailed scheduling, and supply chain processes across our global operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ePP/DS and MRP Live solutions, including Production Data Structures, resources, planning versions, transportation lanes, and scheduling scenarios
- Conduct business requirements workshops and translate organizational needs into effective SAP solutions
- Configure advanced planning strategies such as Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Assemble-to-Order scenarios
- Ensure seamless integration between supply chain planning and cross-functional SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, QM, FICO)
- Provide technical guidance on supply chain planning best practices to business and IT stakeholders
- Support end-to-end implementation activities including testing, master data setup, user training, cutover planning, and go-live support
- Document functional specifications, custom enhancements, and integration designs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging S/4HANA capabilities
You bring 10-12 years of SAP Supply Chain Management experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA ePP/DS and MRP Live. You have completed two end-to-end S/4HANA project implementations and possess deep knowledge of production planning, detailed scheduling, and real-time material requirements planning. Your strong analytical and communication skills enable you to work effectively in global delivery teams and translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
