Salary: USD 150,000 - 203,000 / annual
Intuit is seeking a Staff Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of its Tech Learning organization. Tech Learning powers Intuit's AI-native builder transformation, training thousands of engineers, product managers, and designers across tools like Claude, Cursor, Figma Make, and Builder.IO.
In this role, you will own the operational infrastructure that enables the team to scale its learning portfolio effectively. Key responsibilities include:
Vendor & Budget Management: Own the O'Reilly vendor relationship and support the Udemy partnership to maximize platform utilization. Manage the broader learning vendor and contractor ecosystem, including contract renewals, usage tracking, escalations, and performance reviews. Track vendor spend and accruals, partner with Finance on budget planning and forecasting, and continuously evaluate vendor ROI to inform strategic decisions about renewals, reductions, or expansions.
Operating Rhythm & Planning: Design and run Tech Learning's operating cadence, including leadership reviews, planning cycles, biweekly updates, and reporting rituals. Own and maintain the team's Jira/planning infrastructure to ensure leadership has accurate visibility into program status. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that translate training data (completions, NPS, adoption) into decision-ready insights.
Program Support: Collaborate with the Onboarding Program Manager to support Dev@Intuit and key onboarding programs. Work with the AI Learning Program Manager to support deployment of learning experiences. Partner across the team to develop curriculum and learning initiatives.
Program & Change Readiness: Lead readiness workstreams for new program launches and major changes, including vendor onboarding, platform migrations, and tool rollouts. Identify risks, drive mitigation, and ensure quality standards are met before go-live. Act as connective tissue across Tech Learning, Finance, and cross-functional partners.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in program management, vendor/procurement management, or related field. Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) in daily workflows. Strong organizational skills with a track record of building and running operating rhythms. Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, contract renewals, and ROI analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Google Suite and program tracking tools like Jira. Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed environment.
Preferred: Experience in learning & development, enablement, or Developer Relations. Familiarity with LXP/LMS platforms (Docebo, Degreed) and training vendor ecosystems. Experience building dashboards or reporting pipelines from operational data.
