Salary: USD 166,000 - 253,000 / annual

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead end-to-end technical delivery of rocket motor systems development programs. You will own technical planning and cross-functional execution, working closely with the General Manager, Chief Engineer, and functional engineering teams (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems) to drive development and integration of products while managing cost, schedule, and delivery risks. Key responsibilities include: driving technical execution from concept through delivery; ensuring engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements and technical standards; serving as a bridge between Program Managers and engineering teams; developing strong relationships with Department of War customers; autonomously executing on ambiguous requirements across multiple programs; owning end-to-end program technical scope and deliverables; developing lightweight processes and metrics for planning, scope management, risk management, and customer communication; and becoming a trusted advisor to engineers. Success requires three core competencies: systems and engineering mindset to understand technical concepts, identify dependencies and risks; execution focus with attention to detail and ownership of outcomes; and collaborative partnership skills for customer relationship management and program shaping. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (technical background preferred); minimum 8 years managing complex technical systems throughout product lifecycle; proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects with on-time, on-budget delivery; strong strategic thinking and problem-solving; experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams in complex engineering organizations; exceptional written and verbal communication; comfort with 50% travel.
