Tabby is a fintech company on a mission to democratize financial services across the GCC region. Founded in 2019, it operates a complete money app for sending, spending, and saving, serving millions of customers and 65,000+ businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait.
You will own the Card Retention & Monetization team within Tabby Card, the company's fastest-growing product (GMV +142% YoY). This is a high-impact role where you drive profitability through product-led monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete roadmap for Card Retention & Monetization: identify problems, build business cases, prioritize, ship, and measure impact
- Manage P&L levers including pricing, fees, risk-based pricing, billing cycles, statements, and repayment experience
- Lead a dedicated team including engineers, a product designer, and a data analyst
- Design and execute A/B tests with clear success metrics and guardrails; make data-driven rollout and kill decisions
- Model business cases and defend trade-offs with Finance and Risk teams; track P&L impact of all shipped initiatives
- Collaborate daily with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Billing teams on customer-facing terms, fee structures, and regulatory requirements (CBUAE/SAMA)
- Own launch quality end-to-end: support readiness, AI-agent guidance, customer communications, and gradual rollouts
- Contribute to Tabby Card's expansion into Saudi Arabia, adapting your domain expertise to the largest market entry
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years working on fintech, banking, or credit products (billing, payments, lending, or cards)
- Proven track record of shipped monetization, pricing, or billing features with quantifiable results and documented guardrails
- Strong experiment discipline: pre-register metrics and segment cuts; demonstrated ability to kill features based on data
- Reliable delivery: dates hold, and stakeholders hear first if timelines slip
- Fluency in unit economics and analytics
- Experience working with compliance or legal on customer-facing products
- Fluent English
- Willingness to relocate to UAE or already based there

- Credit card or revolving credit domain knowledge (statements, grace periods, minimum payments, interchange)
