Robinhood is building a sports prediction markets platform and seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and product lifecycle for sports-focused prediction tools. You will guide product definition, plan for major sporting events, and design how live sports data is packaged and presented to consumers. This is a high-visibility role partnering directly with senior leadership and key executives, balancing consumer preferences with fintech regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for sports-focused prediction markets, translating complex sports data into intuitive consumer experiences
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and compliance partners to define product requirements and deliver highly compliant features
- Plan and execute product launches centered around major sporting events, ensuring robust market liquidity and system reliability
- Incorporate feedback from senior executive reviews and user research to iterate on feature designs and improve platform engagement
- Partner with senior leadership on high-visibility projects while navigating regulatory constraints
The role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Robinhood emphasizes the power of in-person work to accelerate progress and strengthen community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing consumer-facing applications with strong background in sports-focused platforms, prediction markets, or gaming apps (e.g., DraftKings, FanDuel, Underdog Sports)
- Strong expertise in merchandising, presenting, and displaying live sports data to consumers in engaging ways
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and collaborate with compliance and legal partners
- Excellent communication skills to present product strategies to executive leadership and align teams
- Ability to adapt to evolving product requirements and thrive in high-visibility, collaborative environments
