Fyxer AI is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the company's most important product bets end-to-end, from ambiguous problem space through shipped outcome. This is a senior individual contributor role operating at the intersection of product strategy, discovery, and execution—not a backlog management or coordination function.
You will work directly with the Head of Product, CTO, founders, and senior engineers to shape what the company builds and why. Your responsibilities include:
- Own discovery through delivery for critical product initiatives, from early ambiguity to validated direction to launched product
- Frame problems, define hypotheses, and select the fastest route to signal (interviews, prototypes, fake doors, experiments, or shipping and measuring)
- Translate qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction and drive execution
- Set success metrics, make the call on when there is sufficient signal to build, and own outcomes
- Embed structured learning loops into company operations so insight compounds over time
- Raise the bar of product thinking across the team through coaching, frameworks, and customer proximity
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, translating insight into crisp problem framing and practical tradeoffs
You are a full-stack product thinker who connects user behavior to funnels, retention, and revenue. You think in bets and expected value, not feature lists. You are genuinely fluent in qualitative research, behavioral insight, and experimentation, and you generate strong signal quickly by selecting the right method for each decision. You are comfortable working with imperfect information, tightening your thinking as you go, and shipping to learn rather than perfecting before launch. You have significant autonomy and are expected to exercise strong judgment, communicate clearly, and own outcomes.
Fyxer is a high-growth AI company on track to hit $100M in revenue by end of 2026. The company is intentional about building a small, exceptional team with extreme focus. You will be fast-tracked into senior responsibilities far earlier than at traditional companies and will have real authority over what gets built and why.
Location: Chancery Lane, London, office-based 4 days per week.
