Hims & Hers, a leading telehealth and wellness platform (NYSE: HIMS), is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacy services to patients and partner organizations. You will report to the Ops Manager, Pharmacy and play a critical role in delivering a modern, innovative patient experience with rigorous pharmacist oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain security and privacy of protected health information (PHI) in full compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Update and maintain accurate patient profile records according to state pharmacy regulations
- Practice all state and federal pharmacy regulations for ordering, handling, and managing prescriptions and prescription drug products
- Perform pharmacist duties including drug utilization reviews, patient counseling, and dispensing activities
- Dispense medications with accurate interpretation, labeling, and product selection of prescriptions
- Supervise pharmacy technicians' workflow, verify their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals, and verify order entries, charges, and inspections
- Supervise support personnel and protect patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols
- Attend pharmacy team meetings and drive quality efforts by adhering to standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with FDA regulations
- Provide world-class pharmacy experience for every patient
The role is based in New Albany, Ohio, with additional locations available in Gilbert, AZ or Los Alamitos, CA. You will work flexible shift times and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (required)
- PharmD degree (required)
- Active Pharmacist License in your state (required upon hire)
- 1–3 years of pharmacist experience (required)
- Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations
- Ability to work flexible shift times
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems
