Mytra is building robotics and distributed software to solve material movement and storage across the $1T supply chain industry. As Staff Global Supply Manager for Contract Manufacturing, you'll own a strategically critical greenfield function: designing and executing Mytra's contract manufacturing strategy from the ground up.
You'll lead the global CM landscape evaluation and supply chain inputs for make-vs-buy analysis, supporting board-level recommendations on scaling from pilot to volume production across multiple manufacturing scenarios. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant strategic influence and executive-level external engagement.
Key responsibilities include: prequalifying CM partners through rigorous capability, financial, and strategic assessments; building and owning deep relationships with CM partners at all levels, serving as Mytra's primary executive contact; owning all CM commercial agreements (MSAs, pricing frameworks, volume commitments, tooling/NRE terms); developing should-cost models to drive TCO improvement; managing CM capacity planning across pilot through high-volume production; defining CM onboarding and transition planning post-award; governing sub-tier supply chain visibility and concentration risk mitigation; leading CM engagement through NPI and ramp phases including DFM feedback and production scale-up; and presenting strategy, partner selection, and commercial terms to leadership and the board.
You'll be Mytra's face to the external manufacturing world, managing relationships at the executive level and ensuring the contract manufacturing base can scale with customer pipeline and product roadmap. This role requires deep supply chain expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to build strategic partnerships in a fast-moving, capital-intensive environment.
