Nuitée is building the API backbone for the global travel industry—a B2B SaaS platform often described as "Stripe for Travel." The company connects hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses entering travel for the first time, enabling seamless access to hotel inventory at scale. Backed by Accel and leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée operates globally with hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca, and Casablanca, serving enterprise partners like Hopper, Priceline, Google, and Uber. You will be the first dedicated analytics owner for the customer-facing side of this global travel marketplace, spanning enterprise partners to self-service API users. Working directly with senior Product, Engineering, and commercial leaders, you will influence what gets measured, which opportunities deserve focus, and how data informs product and business strategy. Your scope covers enterprise partner performance, self-service API adoption, and how smaller businesses begin selling travel through the platform. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on analytics engineering—moving from business questions through to data products that drive real decisions. The role is backend-heavy and product-driven, requiring you to move from idea to design, implementation, and usage without detailed specs. Key problems you'll tackle include: building reliable views of booking and product performance when different teams' dashboards conflict; identifying where self-service customers get stuck between API key creation and first booking; and introducing experimentation to understand which product changes drive adoption, conversion, and growth. You'll join while the data organization is being built. Today, reporting is fragmented and product experimentation is limited—creating a real opportunity to introduce better analytics, establish trusted data foundations, and shape how the function operates. The environment moves extremely fast with little red tape; decisions happen quickly, and work built Monday can drive business decisions by Friday. Requirements: - Extensive experience working closely with senior Product or business leaders, challenging assumptions, explaining complex findings, and influencing decisions - Background in startups or scaleups where priorities shift quickly, ownership is broad, and delivery happens with limited structure - Ability to design and validate dbt models, data pipelines, and analytical products end-to-end; comfortable using AI coding agents to move quickly without compromising quality - Demonstrated ownership of substantial analytics work independently, connecting individual projects to wider product and business priorities - Deep understanding of how data connects to product behavior, customer needs, and commercial outcomes - Product analytics and experimentation experience particularly valuable - Background in marketplaces or platform businesses preferred - Comfort with ambiguity; ability to go deep into difficult problems and be accountable for delivery
