Temporal Technologies is seeking a Workplace Employee Experience Manager to shape and improve the day-to-day workplace experience across the company. You'll develop and execute a cohesive workplace experience strategy that supports employees working remotely, from WeWork locations, and in person at the San Francisco office. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and evolve Temporal's workplace experience strategy, creating consistent and positive employee experiences across all work environments (remote, hybrid, in-office). - Design and deliver virtual and in-person engagement programs that foster connection, belonging, and collaboration. - Oversee WeWork and office operations, including space planning, access management, vendor relationships, and budget oversight. - Create inclusive experiences that meaningfully involve remote employees in events and programs regardless of location. - Lead end-of-year celebrations and employee milestone programs, coordinating timelines and cross-functional partnerships to deliver inclusive experiences at scale. - Partner with People Operations, IT, Finance, Developer Relations, and business leaders to align workplace initiatives with employee and business needs. - Maintain workplace resources in Notion and other tools, ensuring information is accessible and current. - Gather employee feedback and measure program effectiveness to continuously improve workplace experiences. - Evolve workplace and employee experience programs as the company scales, balancing scalability with personalized experiences. - Partner with Facilities, IT, and external vendors to support building access, workplace operations, and security processes. You'll bring 6+ years of experience in workplace experience, employee programs, workplace operations, or corporate real estate. You have a proven track record managing workplace operations and vendor relationships (offices, coworking spaces, real estate partners), planning and coordinating cross-functional programs from concept through implementation, and delivering employee events, offsites, and engagement programs with attention to both experience and logistics.
