Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 / annual
Temporal is seeking a Senior Workplace Employee Experience Manager to design and lead the day-to-day workplace experience across the company's distributed and in-office operations. This role sits at the intersection of workplace operations, employee engagement, and event strategy, responsible for creating cohesive experiences that connect remote, hybrid, and in-office employees.
Key responsibilities include developing and evolving Temporal's workplace experience strategy to ensure consistency across all work environments. You'll design and deliver both virtual and in-person engagement programs that foster connection and belonging, with particular attention to meaningfully including remote employees. You'll oversee Temporal's WeWork and office spaces, managing space planning, vendor relationships, access, and budgets.
You'll lead major company events including end-of-year celebrations and employee milestone programs, coordinating timelines and cross-functional partnerships to deliver inclusive experiences at scale. The role requires close collaboration with People Operations, IT, Finance, Developer Relations, and business leaders to align workplace initiatives with employee and business needs.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining workplace resources and documentation in Notion and other tools, gathering employee feedback to measure program effectiveness, and continuously evolving programs as the company scales. You'll partner with Facilities, IT, and external vendors to support building access, workplace operations, and security processes.
