Salary: USD 136,000 - 200,000 / annual

You will serve as the technical owner for Workday HCM, integrations, and security architecture within Harvey's Corporate IT team. As the company scales globally, you'll ensure core HR systems are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated with the broader tech stack. Key responsibilities include: - HCM Configuration & Support: Act as the primary Workday specialist, optimizing and maintaining core HR data, organizational structures, and worker lifecycles to support rapid global expansion. - Integration Architecture: Design, build, and troubleshoot complex Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, Studio) connecting Workday with critical downstream systems like Snowflake, Carta, and Ashby. - Security Model Management: Own Workday security configuration including domain security policies, business process security, role-based access controls (RBAC), and masking policies. Ensure audit readiness and proper segmentation of sensitive HR data. - Advanced Business Processes: Configure, test, and deploy complex business processes, condition rules, and approval routings to automate manual HR workflows and drive operational efficiency. - Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with People Operations, Security, Data Engineering, and Finance to gather requirements, resolve data discrepancies, and support strategic initiatives. - Release Management: Manage Workday release cycles, including testing new features, running regression tests, and deploying updates to production. Required qualifications: minimum 5 years hands-on Workday configuration and administration experience with deep HCM expertise; proven experience designing and managing Workday integration architecture; extensive knowledge of Workday security configuration; advanced proficiency in Workday Business Process Framework; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Bonus qualifications include Workday Pro Certification, prior experience with Snowflake/Carta/Ashby integrations, and experience scaling Workday for high-growth technology companies.
