Salary: USD 70,000 - 87,000 / annual

As a Senior Trading Support Analyst, you will be a critical member of the team supporting sophisticated investors using Addepar's Trading, Order Management System (OMS), and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) products. You will serve as a first point of contact for addressing client questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal use of the platform in daily operations. Key responsibilities include: - Identify, respond to, and resolve issues and questions raised by Addepar's clients - Provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction - Work in complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies - Evaluate the criticality of client issues and collaborate across the organization to resolve them - Conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams - Work closely with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain high client satisfaction - Help clients maximize Addepar through functional and conceptual instruction - Prioritize and context-switch effectively across simultaneous cases - Become an expert on Addepar's capabilities and workflows You bring 4+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, with familiarity in trading workflows, portfolio management, or financial instruments. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. You possess superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with proficiency in math and strong analytical abilities. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are passionate about problem-solving and continuous learning. Prior experience with investment management or OMS systems is a plus.
