Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the development and delivery of Battlespace Awareness software for critical defense programs. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and program leadership, requiring someone with strong software development expertise—particularly in optimization and estimation algorithms—combined with experience managing complex, multi-team projects across numerous stakeholders.
You will own the end-to-end execution of advanced algorithms for sense-making and decision-making at tactical timelines. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project execution plans covering feature development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring; establishing clear objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs; and maintaining deep technical understanding of underlying algorithms and software interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification to ensure effective integration with the larger C2 system.
The role demands continuous technical currency—staying updated on latest techniques and working with subject matter experts to incorporate innovations into the project roadmap. You will ensure comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, user manuals, and project reports, while continuously evaluating and improving project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Release management is a critical component: you will oversee planning and execution of software release processes, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment while maintaining defined quality standards before any release to production.
