Salary: USD 161,500 - 190,000 / annual
BigPanda is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Professional Services team, leading customer implementations of BigPanda's AI-driven IT operations platform. This role is critical to ensuring enterprise customers achieve measurable business outcomes through adoption of AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, and AI Incident Prevention solutions.
You will lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects deliver both business value and technical alignment. The role requires quickly assessing each customer's IT operations model, identifying pain points, and prioritizing iterative delivery of outcomes that build trust in BigPanda's products. You'll partner closely with Solution Architects and Engineers to translate operational challenges into product requirements and best-practice designs, while working with the enterprise sales team to ensure smooth Sales-to-Services transitions.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining data-driven roadmaps to guide direction and ensure alignment with customer outcomes; scoping, prioritizing, and delivering iterative value; identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders in decentralized enterprises; maintaining clear communication on project status, risks, and outcomes; and championing customer success stories that validate BigPanda's business value. You'll also contribute to BigPanda's best-practices framework and support continuous improvement of delivery methodology.
The role is fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates in EST or CT timezones. Travel up to 10% for key project milestones is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of project management experience with enterprise IT projects or SaaS implementations
- Experience with digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements alongside technical solutions
- Demonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources
- Detail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a "get it done" attitude
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives and technical leads
- Experience developing risk identification and mitigation plans
- Experience developing and delivering value-oriented roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex project statuses to multiple stakeholders including C-Suite executives
- Experience in AIOps or ITOps strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones
