Zscaler is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager to join its Cloud Ops Team in San Jose. This hybrid role (minimum 3 days/week in-office) reports to the Senior Director of ZTE Supply Chain and Logistics and focuses on driving global supply chain excellence for a fast-paced, AI-forward enterprise security platform.
You will own strategic supplier relationship management across critical categories including integrators, VARs, and OEMs, ensuring operational excellence and partnership health. Key responsibilities include leading sourcing initiatives, executing cost optimization strategies, managing comprehensive planning and forecasting cycles to support global data center demands, and providing rigorous inventory oversight across supplier and data center locations worldwide.
The ideal candidate brings significant hands-on experience managing global supply chain operations with a proven track record in strategic supplier management and partnership development. You should demonstrate expertise in forecasting and planning within complex organizational structures, direct experience in inventory sizing and multi-location inventory management, and strong capabilities in driving and measuring supplier performance. A data-driven mindset is essential—you rely on evidence and analytics to guide strategic decisions.
