Implement global and regional standards and procedures. **Project Leadership** Plan and deliver non-capital facilities projects including minor improvements, space reconfigurations, furniture deployments, and workplace refreshes. Define scope, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, manage schedule and cost, and maintain documentation. Support major capital projects through site requirements, local coordination, and operational acceptance. **Vendor & Financial Management** Direct regional vendors, contractors, and service providers. Monitor service quality, responsiveness, safety, and cost performance. Review invoices, track purchase orders, support budget forecasts, and identify cost-reduction opportunities. **Compliance & Safety** Partner with EH&S and Security to implement workplace safety, environmental, physical-security, and access-control requirements. Confirm contractors meet site access and safety standards. Support inspections, audits, and corrective-action closure. **Stakeholder Communication** Serve as the principal regional facilities contact for site leaders and employees. Communicate planned outages, construction impacts, and service changes proactively. Resolve recurring issues and gather feedback. **Data & Continuous Improvement** Maintain accurate regional reporting on work orders, maintenance, vendors, budget, and incidents. Participate in governance reviews, use operating data to improve reliability and service quality, and share lessons learned across regions. The role is primarily on-site with approximately 20% regional travel. Occasional early-morning, evening, weekend, or on-call availability is required for critical facility conditions. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in facilities, business, operations, engineering, construction, communications, or related field (or equivalent education and experience). 3+ years of progressive experience in facilities, workplace operations, property operations, project coordination, or vendor management. Working knowledge of facility operations and commercial building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, access control). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with work-management, project, and reporting tools. Ability to work primarily on-site, travel throughout the region, and support after-hours response when required. **Preferred Qualifications** Direct supervision of employees or leadership of a distributed site-services team. Experience in aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, engineering, technology, laboratory, or aviation environments. Experience supporting secure, controlled-access, or classified facilities; ICD 705 familiarity is a plus. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems, integrated workplace management systems, or building management systems. Experience with facility openings, expansions, relocations, or commissioning. Familiarity with OSHA requirements, contractor-safety practices, and emergency response. Professional credentials such as CFM, FMP, SFP, OSHA 30, LEED, or project-management certification.
