ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy for the Armis division as the company scales toward $10B+ in revenue. This is a high-impact role where you will own product direction across multiple teams, drive consensus on priorities, and guide projects from conception through delivery. Requirements: - 12+ years of software product management experience - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact) - Strong prioritization skills and discipline to focus on high-impact activities - Proven ability to define and capture product requirements and transform them into product roadmaps - Deep curiosity about customer needs with a track record of building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions - Experience driving solution development through big-picture thinking - Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels
