Ivalua is a leading global provider of cloud-based procurement solutions and an enterprise AI platform for procurement. The company is a Magic Quadrant leader offering Source-to-Pay solutions that automate customized workflows across the procurement lifecycle.
You will join the Solution Configurator team within the Centre of Excellence in Pune, reporting to the Solution Configurator Manager. The Solution Consulting department is international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) with approximately seventy experts. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that the platform used to demo solutions to customers and prospects is packed with relevant use cases, demo stories, and rich data.
Key responsibilities:
- Leverage the technical capability and flexibility of the Ivalua platform to help Solution Consultants articulate the value proposition of the platform
- Collaborate with Solution Experts in implementing specific use cases across the Source-to-Pay stream (e.g., Procure to Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management)
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions based on different customer requirements
The role is part of a fast-growing team supporting the global Solution Consulting operation to build product-based solutions that meet customer requirements and differentiate Ivalua from competitors.
Workplace: Hybrid model with 3 days in the office per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, database management, workflow, and ETL configuration
- Experience with procurement processes and procurement software solutions (significant plus)
- Familiarity with AI tools and practical experience building, testing, or maintaining in-house AI platforms (plus)
- BE/BTech or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field (or foreign equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort in a multicultural environment
- Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with colleagues across different teams
