KLDiscovery, a global provider of electronic discovery, information governance, and data recovery services, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to develop CRM integrations and website administration. You will design and implement Salesforce solutions including Apex development, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Visualforce, Screen Flows, custom labels, validation rules, reports, and digital experience sites. The role involves working with integrated applications such as HubSpot, Zenkraft, Vertex, Oracle, DocuSign, and Conga.
Key responsibilities include developing and deploying new features and updates across release cycles, performing comprehensive testing (unit, integration, system, workflow, acceptance, regression, performance, and automation testing using Selenium), conducting peer code reviews, supporting production bug fixes and enhancements, and creating design and user documentation. You will mentor entry and mid-level Salesforce engineers, maintain coding standards and best practices, provide technical support within defined SLAs, and collaborate across organizational departments in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates significant humility, hunger, and people skills. You will proactively suggest solutions, communicate development needs in advance, and volunteer for additional team activities. You should be capable of problem identification and resolution, able to learn from others and adapt to standards, and skilled at expressing complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience required
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field preferred
- Required expertise: Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Screen Flows, custom labels, validation rules, reports, and digital experience sites
- Experience architecting custom Salesforce solutions required
- Preferred competencies: HTML, XML, Flex, SQL, C#, .NET, MVC, CSS, REST and SOAP-based web services
- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services) preferred
- Knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and dynamic, rapidly changing settings
- Must be able to pass a background check
