Salary: USD 155,400 - 213,700 / annual

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Safety & Security Manager to oversee physical security operations across the Americas region. This role is responsible for managing the company's regional security workforce and service providers, ensuring service quality and efficiency through clear KPIs and SLAs. You will own the risk profile at regional locations and implement tailored mitigation measures aligned with the global risk framework. Key responsibilities include: - Manage physical security service providers across the region, driving quality and efficiency through KPIs and SLAs - Own risk profiles at regional locations and implement mitigation measures aligned with global frameworks - Build and sustain a strong security culture by partnering with site stakeholders and business owners - Develop, rehearse, and maintain regional security, crisis, and emergency plans in coordination with the BCM program office - Support first response to security and safety incidents, including CCTV review and documentation; coordinate with Global Investigations for formal investigations - Support new building openings and site changes with risk assessments, design reviews, security enablement, and vendor management - Enforce budgetary compliance for security services and support regional program and cost planning - Act as liaison with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and professional security groups - Implement and manage regional security and safety programs including travel safety, event support, emergency response, life safety, and regulatory compliance - Coordinate with GSOC operations for monitoring, alarm response, and incident escalation - Drive adoption of physical security standards across corporate offices and critical locations - Adapt standards and design compensating controls to work within local laws and regulations across Americas jurisdictions - Serve as regional subject-matter expert on physical security, providing consultation to Workplace, real estate, and other stakeholders Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience managing physical security operations in a corporate environment - 7+ years in security management, with a major portion of that experience leading security programs - Demonstrable experience in corporate security management and managing large-scale projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders - Experience designing security for new buildings or facilities, including placement of access control, cameras, and visitor management systems - Experience managing service providers and guard-force partners to performance standards and KPIs - Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills
