As Senior Project Manager for Site Development, you will own end-to-end site development from initial due diligence through permitting, design, contractor selection, construction, and site readiness. This is a foundational, hands-on role in a fast-paced startup where you will build permitting programs, processes, and playbooks from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead comprehensive site due diligence, including surveys, environmental assessments, geotechnical studies, utility analysis, civil engineering reviews, and regulatory evaluations to identify risks and constraints early
- Develop and manage site development strategies, scopes, budgets, schedules, and project milestones across multiple deployment sites
- Lead permitting and entitlement strategy, coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies to secure required approvals and manage conditions
- Manage external partners including civil engineers, surveyors, environmental consultants, permitting specialists, and contractors to ensure quality and timely deliverables
- Work directly with local and state municipalities and cross-functional internal teams to execute deployment and commissioning nationwide
- Build scalable processes and playbooks that enable rapid, compliant site deployment as the company scales
