This is a hands-on, specialized role within the Revenue Enablement team that combines content architecture, learning design, and program management to support the sales organization.
You will actively build high-impact buyer enablement assets, structure sales enablement systems (Highspot and Confluence), design LMS and live training content, and leverage modern LLMs to code dynamic, branded HTML/iframe experiences for the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build visually compelling, highly digestible sales playbooks, pitch decks, live training presentations, and LMS certification modules
- Utilize LLMs to draft, code, and deploy custom HTML/iframe experiences directly embedded into enablement pages for interactive sales rep engagement
- Track key engagement metrics across Highspot (buyer usage, rep shares) and Confluence (page views, search bounce rates)
Program Management:
- Establish lifecycle management policies, taxonomy standards, and review cadences to keep Highspot and Confluence fresh, searchable, and accurate
- Manage multi-phase content rollouts using enablement project trackers, clear action items, and post-launch reviews
- Proactively identify content gaps, remove delivery roadblocks, and optimize seller findability metrics
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Enablement PMs to align content creation with GTM priorities
- Maintain tight async communication (Slack, Google Docs) and structured weekly touchpoints with key business partners
Execution & Delivery:
- Quickly convert strategic ideas into polished enablement assets at the demanding pace of a high-growth GTM team
- Fully own projects from initial discovery to deployment, maintaining extreme attention to detail and visual polish
Note: This role sits directly within the Sales organization and exclusively supports customer-facing teams and revenue generation. Rippling values in-office collaboration and expects employees within a defined radius of the Bangalore office to work in-office at least three days per week.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development (L&D), specifically supporting sales or technical teams
- High proficiency in Claude or ChatGPT; demonstrated experience building or deploying AI-native enablement tools (content generation, automated workflows, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of L&D principles, curriculum design, and extensive experience administering an enterprise Learning Management System
- Proven hands-on proficiency with modern video/AI content creation tools to develop engaging short-form digital learning assets
- Exceptional eye for design and content polish, with demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and usable training and sales materials
- Ability to thrive in very fast-paced environments, effectively managing shifting priorities and handling multiple tasks without becoming easily overwhelmed
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a bias towards action
- Strong operational excellence skills—understands how to organize chaos, streamline processes, and create efficient workflows
