Salary: USD 95,000 - 115,000 / annual

UnitedMasters is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join Translation, its award-winning creative solutions division. Translation helps ambitious brands harness the power of culture to solve their biggest challenges, combining expertise in culture, technology, and storytelling. In this role, you will own the end-to-end program management for creative and integrated campaigns. Key responsibilities include: • Develop scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery systems for programs of varying complexity, tailoring approaches to each engagement's unique needs. • Own internal program coordination and project health, managing assigned programs from conception through delivery. • Partner with the Business Supervisor on Tier 2 work and serve as program lead within the core delivery team on Tier 1 engagements, collaborating with Business Development and leadership. • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings throughout the program lifecycle, maintaining close alignment with key partners. • Manage weekly talent allocations in coordination with the Group Program Director and Business Leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (creative, production, strategy) to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with engagement strategy. • Develop deep understanding of client businesses, industries, competitors, and audience demographics. • Maintain integrated ways of working by reinforcing team processes, managing documentation, and ensuring clear communications. You bring 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or communications environment with strong understanding of advertising, marketing, media, production, and agency finance. You have familiarity with integrated campaign lifecycles across broadcast, digital, experiential, and social channels. You're comfortable supporting or leading cross-functional calls and interfacing directly with clients. You're fluent in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides) and experienced with resource management, workforce planning, and project planning tools. You have strong curiosity and desire to learn and engage AI tools. Preferred qualifications include direct experience managing timelines and deliverables for creative and production workstreams, exposure to production processes, prior experience as a producer or account executive with client-facing responsibilities, and a passion for culture and innovation. You are proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven. You communicate clearly and succinctly in writing and verbally. You manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. You're diplomatic, persistent, and solutions-oriented, comfortable navigating complexity and knowing when to escalate appropriately.
