Illumio is the leader in ransomware and breach containment, using AI-powered microsegmentation to help organizations contain cyberattacks and enable operational resilience across hybrid multi-cloud environments.
As a Senior Professional Services Consultant based in Paris, you will be a trusted technical advisor delivering high-impact customer outcomes throughout the post-sales lifecycle. You will work independently on customer deployments and problem resolution while collaborating with senior team members on complex architectural considerations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor for clients integrating Illumio into their environments
- Managing deployments and upgrades of the Illumio platform, coordinating timeframes and resources
- Conducting technical reviews and providing guidance on change preparation
- Developing Illumio-specific API scripts to enhance service deployment, monitoring, and management
- Providing best practices, documentation, and optimization recommendations
- Monitoring and troubleshooting deployments, addressing anomalies and performance issues
- Serving as the primary interface between client teams and Illumio's product and support teams
- Providing metrics and reporting on deployment effectiveness
- Supporting internal teams with integration documentation and security policy development
- Facilitating testing, validation, knowledge transfer, and training sessions for client teams
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of consulting or advisory experience
- Strong experience with Linux (CentOS/Red Hat preferred) and Windows Server platforms
- Experience with cloud computing service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
- Experience with container platform architecture (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Experience with automation and scripting tools (Bash, Python, Ruby, Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
- Expertise in networking concepts, protocols, and application security controls
- Strong problem-solving ability and client-facing skills
- Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences
- Broad understanding of IT infrastructure
Advantages include prior experience within a security vendor's Professional Services team. Prior Illumio experience is not required; training will be provided. Role includes willingness to travel to Silicon Valley for product training and knowledge development.
