You will lead the integrations that power daily operations for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), with primary focus on Salesforce and custodial integrations. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and client experience teams to scale custodial workflows and evolve the Salesforce integration toward intuitive, self-service onboarding and management. You will identify and integrate AI-driven capabilities that improve user experience and workflows, engage with technical teams on API specifications and data discovery, and guide feature delivery and roadmap execution with measurable outcomes for RIA clients.
Key responsibilities include: building deep understanding of CRM and custodial document workflows; partnering with cross-functional teams to author a clear roadmap for Salesforce and key custodian partners; translating business goals into well-defined product requirements and user stories; scaling custodial document workflows and enabling self-service onboarding; identifying opportunities to integrate AI-driven capabilities into data mapping, setup, and document workflows; engaging with technical teams during discovery to review API specifications, data schemas, and webhooks; monitoring platform health metrics, adoption rates, and client feedback; and engaging directly with client-facing teams to identify pain points and validate feature enhancements.
Requirements: Extensive experience in Product Management navigating the product lifecycle to deliver scalable features, SaaS products, or technical integrations. Technical literacy and comfort reviewing API specifications and engaging with engineers on technical discovery. Ability to turn complex backend data flows into intuitive, user-friendly client experiences. Experience leveraging AI technologies to streamline integration workflows. Creative problem-solving skills with ability to iterate, experiment, and learn from data. Strong collaboration with designers and engineers, comfort discussing technical challenges and design patterns. Ability to articulate the why behind features and empower stakeholders with compelling narratives. Right to work in the United Kingdom required from day one; visa sponsorship not available.
