As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and development of the AI-driven platform, with a focus on enhancing offerings within the government contracting sector. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle—from strategic planning and execution through launch and adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic planning, development, and execution of product initiatives aligned with company goals and market needs
- Leveraging deep understanding of government contracting processes, including RFPs, to tailor platform offerings
- Collaborating with the AI research team to identify and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, maintaining competitive advantage
- Managing the product development lifecycle using agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Engaging with customers to gather insights and translate feedback into actionable product enhancements
- Prioritizing features and roadmap items based on impact and resource availability
- Fostering cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams
The role is fully remote with preferred locations in Utah, DC, Virginia, Maryland, and Chicago area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years as a Product Manager in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization, ideally within government contracting
- Strong familiarity with government contracting processes, especially RFPs
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI technologies and collaborate with technical teams to drive innovation
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- U.S. citizenship with ability to pass Federal Background Check and Identity Verification
