Salary: USD 147,000 - 257,000 / annual

In this Senior Product Manager role, you will define and execute product strategies focused on healthcare provider (HCP) activation, engagement, and account growth. You'll lead complex product initiatives across the full lifecycle—from problem discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration—while delivering measurable business outcomes aligned with broader company objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Developing deep understanding of healthcare provider needs, workflows, market dynamics, and competitive trends to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities - Leading cross-functional collaboration across Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and business stakeholders to drive alignment on goals, priorities, and execution - Translating customer problems and business objectives into comprehensive product requirements and roadmaps that balance near-term and long-term opportunities - Defining success measures and using quantitative/qualitative data, experimentation, and customer feedback to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement - Navigating ambiguous, complex product problems independently, making thoughtful tradeoffs with incomplete information - Communicating product direction, decisions, progress, and learnings clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership, adapting messaging to different audiences - Identifying opportunities to responsibly apply AI and emerging technologies to improve HCP experiences and product capabilities - Partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and technical teams to evaluate AI-enabled solutions while balancing customer value, feasibility, quality, and privacy - Using AI-enabled tools thoughtfully in product work including research synthesis, analysis, ideation, and experimentation Requirements: - 5+ years of product management experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, or clinical/HCP-facing products with understanding of prescriber workflows, clinical content, or healthcare data - Strong product judgment using customer insights, quantitative/qualitative data, and experimentation to prioritize and make decisions - Experience working closely with Design and Engineering teams through modern product development practices - Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems independently with incomplete information - Strong written and verbal communication skills, translating clinical and technical complexity for cross-functional and senior audiences - Experience partnering with content/editorial teams alongside engineering and design Nice to have: - Experience in business models where product engagement supports monetization or advertising - Experience developing personalized, clinical decision-support, or data-driven product experiences
