The company reimagines the minerals supply chain by combining deep industry expertise with advanced software, automation, and data-driven decision-making. As Senior Procurement Specialist for Process Equipment, you will drive capital project delivery by overseeing end-to-end procurement of capital equipment. This is a strategic, hands-on role managing defined procurement scopes from strategy development through contract award and execution, directly impacting project schedules and capital efficiency. Key responsibilities include leading pre-award, award, and post-award contracting activities for capital equipment purchases; developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and critical path needs; driving commercial negotiations focused on total cost, risk allocation, and delivery certainty; and supporting PO conversion, approvals, and procurement system processing. The role emphasizes cost and value creation through spend data analysis, identifying cost savings and value-creation opportunities, fostering supplier competition, and conducting commercial risk assessments to minimize supply chain and schedule risks. You will also help design scalable procurement processes as the company grows, improve cycle times, streamline sourcing and approval workflows, and contribute to establishing a disciplined, data-driven procurement function from the ground up.
