Coupa is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Advisory to lead a regional pre-sales team and drive revenue growth. You will manage Solution Advisors across your assigned region, coordinate resource allocation and calendaring, and work closely with regional sales leadership to align SA activities with business priorities.
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing team performance and regional revenue attainment through active leadership. You will assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining top talent while modeling technical excellence during key sales opportunities. You will demonstrate how Coupa's Business Spend Management platform can meet prospect needs, providing strong technical understanding of product architecture and integration capabilities.
Beyond pipeline development and deal execution, you will facilitate knowledge sharing and scaling of best practices across the organization. You will foster a collaborative, high-energy culture that positions Coupa as an exceptional place to work while directly impacting operating margins for clients worldwide.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre-sales role with a track record of success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate strong team dynamics and work well with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar qualification considered a plus
