Devoted Health seeks a Senior Manager of Provider Operations to lead end-to-end provider data accuracy and directory compliance. This role owns the complete lifecycle of provider data—from validation and verification through credentialing to member-facing directory publication. You will be accountable for Medicare Advantage directory compliance with CMS requirements, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and responding to regulatory inquiries.
You will lead and grow a hybrid onshore and offshore team, managing hiring, onboarding, training, quality assurance, capacity planning, and performance management. The role requires building scalable structures and documentation that enable team growth without linear headcount increases.
Key responsibilities include operating and improving signal-driven accuracy infrastructure using scoring and prioritized verification queues; defining, instrumenting, and reporting metrics and SLAs for provider data accuracy; and delivering credible reporting to executive stakeholders. You will shape directory strategy by partnering with product, engineering, and network leaders to evolve the directory from a compliance artifact into a care navigation tool that helps members find high-quality, accessible providers.
You will support care navigation initiatives by ensuring underlying data accuracy for specialty, panel status, accepting-new-patient indicators, location, and PCP assignment. Partner with product and engineering to automate manual validation work and evaluate vendor relationships supporting provider data accuracy.
Required: Bachelor's degree and 6+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years directly managing a team. Healthcare operations background with hands-on ownership of provider data, directory, credentialing, or network operations. Working knowledge of CMS Medicare Advantage directory and network adequacy requirements. Strong data analysis skills, ability to build repeatable operational processes with measurable quality outcomes, and excellent cross-functional communication.
Desired: Experience managing or scaling offshore/vendor teams, applying AI and automation to reduce manual work, leading regulatory audits, SQL or data querying ability, and comfort in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
