Conga is seeking a Senior Manager for Professional Services to build and lead a high-performing delivery team from its Ahmedabad offshore center. This role reports to the Regional Vice President of Professional Services and is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and retaining team members while measuring team effectiveness on enterprise software implementation projects.
The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of IT industry experience with a strong track record of building and managing effective teams. You will coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones and lead full lifecycle enterprise software implementations. Domain expertise with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or CPQ solutions is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and scaling a strong PS delivery team
- Managing team performance, development, and retention
- Coordinating with global teams on complex implementation projects
- Serving as a mentor, coach, and problem-solver for team members
- Ensuring quality delivery on enterprise software implementations
You excel at clear, concise communication and thrive in collaborative environments. You work effectively with developers, business analysts, product managers, and testers. You're proficient with Agile methodologies and comfortable leading cross-functional teams. You're proactive, take initiative beyond your scope, and demonstrate genuine passion for your work and the organization.
Conga unifies commercial operations for over 10,000 customers worldwide, including more than 50% of the Fortune 100, by aligning pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications across teams. An engineering degree is highly preferred.
