- Retail background required; in-store experience is a plus
- Experience planning across Amazon and physical retail stores; Amazon experience (FBM/FBA) is a strong plus
- Category-level open-to-buy (OTB) management experience; end-to-end category ownership from SKU detail to strategy is strongly preferred

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Track record of process improvement and adoption
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Looker, or equivalent) and planning tools
- Nice-to-have: exposure to Amazon vendor/seller operations (AMS, AVN negotiations, FBA replenishment planning)
- Nice-to-have: experience leveraging or implementing AI/ML tools in planning or supply chain contexts
- Action-oriented with strong planning fundamentals; comfortable turning sales plans into buys and analyzing business to surface risks and opportunities
- Collaborative, partner-first mindset; flexible and responsive to merchant needs while advocating for role requirements
