Match Group, a leading global dating platform company with a portfolio including Tinder, Hinge, Match, and others, is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to lead the Emerging & Established (E&E) Insights function. This is the first people-leadership hire on the Marketing Analytics team—a builder's role where you will establish the operating model, set analytical standards, and grow the team as coverage scales. You will lead and develop a team of brand/pod analysts across ~17 E&E brands operating in 28 markets and 46 brand/market combinations. Your responsibilities include: **Team Leadership & Development**: Build, manage, and develop the analyst team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, prioritization, and career growth. Set the analytical and communication bar, establish operating rhythm from the ground up, and create a collaborative, high-performing environment where a small team delivers impact across a large brand surface. **Full-Funnel Performance Ownership**: Own trend monitoring, first-response investigations, and the complete funnel narrative (acquisition → engagement → retention → revenue) across the E&E portfolio. Proactively surface opportunities and risks, influence strategy through data-driven recommendations, and personally lead complex cross-brand investigations and executive readouts as a player-coach. **Measurement Translation**: Turn PRISM incrementality, MMM, and HALO model outputs into clear test, optimization, and expansion recommendations. Partner with Data Science on test design priorities and enforce analytical rigor and consistency across brand stakeholders. **Executive Narratives**: Own E&E sections of leadership forums (QMO, WBR) and ad hoc analyses, ensuring a consistent, unified read across brands. Frame insights in terms of business impact, trade-offs, and recommended actions with strong storytelling and structured communication. **Stakeholder Management**: Serve as the senior analytics partner to E&E brand and PMG leads, owning weekly and monthly cadences and setting clear expectations. Act as key interface between Marketing Analytics and partner teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, PRISM, BI/Ops). **Scale & Innovation**: Establish standardized frameworks, playbooks, and metric definitions to scale coverage without heroics. Champion AI adoption across the team to accelerate analysis, draft narratives, and build repeatable workflows. Partner with BI/Ops and Measurement to automate manual work. Match Group offers a hybrid work model with 3 days/week in-office collaboration. The company provides comprehensive benefits including medical/mental health/wellness coverage, competitive compensation with 401k matching, generous PTO (14 paid holidays plus additional time off), 20 weeks of 100% paid parental leave, professional development allowance, and various family-friendly resources. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline) - Significant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, including prior or emerging people-management experience leading, coaching, or mentoring analysts - Proven ability to build, coach, and retain a high-performing analytics team; set standards for quality, communication, and impact - Genuine appetite for management with comfort operating as a player-coach—leading the team while remaining hands-on on hardest problems - Strong SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets - Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Mode, Hex, Databricks) - Strong understanding of funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and behavioral analytics; ability to connect metrics into narrative - Working knowledge of experimentation and incrementality concepts to partner credibly with Data Science and PRISM - Active use of AI tooling to scale team output; clear point of view on where AI adds leverage - Strong ability to connect data insights to brand and portfolio strategy and outcomes - Experience influencing stakeholders and shaping decisions through analytics - Understanding of how marketing, product, and revenue dynamics interact - Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders and executives - Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority - Strong cross-functional partnership skills across Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Science, and PRISM - Ability to operate effectively across many brands and markets in high-ambiguity environment
