As an AI Solution Engineer, you will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Aidoc's AI solutions in production environments. This is a critical operational role bridging data science, system engineering, and clinical understanding.
Key responsibilities include:
**Deploying AI modules to production:** Design and execute deployment strategies for AI beta-stage and new products. Serve as the escalation tier for complex module implementations. Collaborate across the organization to ensure production requirements are met during development.
**Maintaining AI solution performance:** Monitor AI solution performance to ensure accurate and reliable results. Implement mechanisms to detect data drift and ensure models remain effective over time. Design new monitoring solutions and metrics to address production issues and performance degradation. Act as a high-tier escalation point to investigate customer-reported issues, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and implement preventive solutions.
**Tool development:** Develop tools and scripts to support data analysts in efficient data processing and analysis. Create informative data visualizations. Automate tasks related to AI deployment, data validation, and reporting.
The role is based in Tel Aviv with a hybrid work model at the company's offices at 34 HaMasger Street, including parking for employees.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- At least 4 years of proven professional experience in data science and data analytics
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, machine learning concepts, and AI model evaluation
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, scripting, and automation
