As Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain, you will own strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost management for Samsara's hardware direct materials across the complete product lifecycle. Your responsibilities include running commercial negotiations, building dual-source and supply-continuity strategies, driving should-cost and cost-down programs, and partnering with Engineering and Product on New Product Introduction (NPI) to hit cost, quality, and supply targets ahead of ramp.
You will report to the Head of Production Procurement and collaborate daily with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Planning to translate supply strategy into measurable business impact. This is a high-ownership role in a hyper-growth environment where you will manage a portfolio of commodities directly, mentor analysts and supply managers on your team, and represent Samsara with strategic suppliers and contract manufacturers globally, including regular engagement with partners in Asia.
You will also help modernize procurement processes—shaping requirements for AI in procurement, deploying analytics to sharpen sourcing decisions, and coaching the team to integrate these tools into daily workflows. You'll join Samsara at a pivotal moment as a recently public company, supporting customers across North America, Europe, and beyond as they digitize physical operations. You'll work alongside a world-class team of operators and problem-solvers committed to building a category-defining company.
