DoubleVerify is a big data and analytics company processing 100B+ ad events daily for Fortune 500 brands including Apple, Nike, AT&T, and Disney. The company operates at massive scale, analyzing and verifying ads across web, mobile, and CTV in under 10ms to ensure they are fraud-free, brand-safe, and properly targeted.
You will lead multiple DevSecOps teams (2-5+ engineers) across infrastructure areas, balancing technical depth with strategic leadership. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and mentoring senior DevSecOps and security engineers, building high-performing teams focused on security excellence across traditional and AI workloads
• Securing AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure by implementing controls for model deployment, protecting against prompt injection, data poisoning, and model extraction
• Establishing AI security governance frameworks including policies for LLM usage, RAG systems, MCP security, and AI supply chain risk management
• Implementing automated security scanning for AI artifacts (models, datasets, generated code) integrated into CI/CD pipelines alongside SAST, DAST, and SCA tools
• Overseeing security for AI workload identity and access management, authentication, authorization, and encryption for AI services and vector databases
• Leading AI security incident response for adversarial attacks, model theft, data leakage, and unauthorized AI service usage
• Ensuring compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, and MRC standards with focus on AI governance and responsible AI principles
• Defining and executing DevSecOps strategy aligned with business objectives and emerging AI security best practices
• Creating architecture designs for security systems spanning multiple teams and infrastructure areas
• Driving continuous improvement of security automation and AI security tooling
• Establishing security metrics and KPIs to measure team effectiveness and AI risk exposure
• Fostering security awareness culture across engineering, data science, and product teams
• Collaborating with senior/executive management on security strategy and cross-organizational initiatives
You bring 5-6+ years of cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps experience with proven leadership of security teams of ~5+ engineers across multiple infrastructure areas. You lead teams across two or more functional areas with authority over processes, tools, and priorities, and regularly interact with senior/executive management on strategic initiatives.
