With millions of completed appointments, year-over-year tripling, and partnerships with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems, Nourish is scaling rapidly. This Strategy & Operations role is a senior individual contributor position reporting to leadership, responsible for driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and scaling infrastructure as the company grows post-Series C. The role involves: - Developing and executing strategic priorities that align with company growth objectives - Identifying and solving operational bottlenecks across clinical, technology, and business functions - Building scalable processes and systems to support expansion across 50 states and 250+ health systems - Partnering with product, clinical, finance, and go-to-market teams on complex, ambiguous problems - Analyzing data and market trends to inform strategic decisions - Managing special projects and initiatives that require cross-functional coordination The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting at high-growth companies or venture-backed startups. You thrive in ambiguous environments, have strong analytical and communication skills, and are passionate about healthcare transformation. Experience in healthtech, healthcare operations, or B2B SaaS scaling is a plus. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape the future of metabolic health delivery.
