As Senior IT Project Manager, you will drive key technology initiatives ensuring OpenLoop's systems remain secure, scalable, and compliant. You'll manage multiple concurrent IT projects spanning infrastructure, support, and systems administration from initiation through completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Leading regular team meetings to track progress, remove roadblocks, and maintain accountability
- Establishing and tracking measurable project metrics and KPIs
- Reporting project status, milestones, and risks to leadership
- Facilitating standups, retrospectives, and IT team updates
- Supporting directors and team leads in prioritizing initiatives and managing cross-functional dependencies
- Promoting transparency and clear communication across the IT organization
You bring 5+ years of experience managing IT, engineering, or technical projects with a proven track record of leading teams to successful delivery. You're proficient with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet) and hold relevant certifications (PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum). Healthcare, startup, M&A integration, or regulated environment experience is valued, as is background in vendor coordination or SaaS implementation.
