UpKeep is hiring a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations of its AI-first CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) platform. The role combines hands-on project delivery with strategic advisory and team leadership. You will own end-to-end implementations for large customers (including Shell, Yamaha, Unilever, Marriott), managing scope, timelines, and go-live success across UpKeep's multi-product suite (CMMS, Safety, Fleet, Learn, Edge, Nova, and integrations). You'll serve as the primary strategic advisor and executive-level contact, establishing strong relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders. A key differentiator is advanced AI and data leadership. You'll leverage UpKeep's AI Intelligence Suite to structure, clean, and standardize complex datasets at scale. You'll design sophisticated data migration strategies including multi-system normalization, hierarchy modeling, and validation frameworks. You'll identify opportunities to pilot new AI-enabled onboarding methods to improve speed and scalability. Beyond individual delivery, you'll mentor Implementation Managers on consultative delivery, AI-assisted workflows, and complex project execution. You'll contribute to developing implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices, and share lessons learned to continuously improve processes and customer outcomes. This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be in the Los Angeles office on Wednesdays. UpKeep is a fast-scaling SaaS company backed by Insight Partners, Emergence Capital, and Y Combinator, with 100+ employees globally. The company is recognized as Gartner's #1 Facility Management solution and G2's top-rated CMMS, operating in the $30B Asset Operations Management category.
