As Senior Enablement Manager for EMEA, you will be the first dedicated enablement presence in Parloa's fastest-growing region. Western Europe GTM has recently expanded with new BDRs across the Nordics, Netherlands, Spain, and Italy, a new Regional VP for France, new partner managers, and the region's first Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager in London. You will serve as the local face of GTM Enablement for EMEA sellers and the primary point of contact for EMEA field leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running new-hire onboarding cohorts for EMEA-based GTM hires on cadence and curriculum set by global leadership, delivering bootcamps locally in EMEA timezone hours
- Adapting onboarding materials for local market, language, and regulatory context in coordination with the global team
- Tracking attendance, completion, and ramp metrics for every EMEA cohort
- Executing global enablement initiatives including certifications, product launches, and methodology programs in EMEA timezone and market context
- Surfacing scheduling conflicts, capacity limits, and regional blockers to the global team early
- Maintaining EMEA-specific content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS
- Preparing and delivering enablement components of quarterly business reviews for EMEA leadership and field teams
- Owning end-to-end enablement delivery for WAVE Europe and other EMEA-based programs
- Managing EMEA attendee readiness and regional pre-work for company-wide moments
- Serving as first point of contact for EMEA reps and managers on enablement questions
- Keeping EMEA leadership current on regional program status and escalating strategic questions appropriately
This is a delivery-focused role where you execute against plans set by global leadership while exercising judgment day-to-day. You will not set regional strategy independently but own the quality and timeliness of all enablement delivery in the region.
Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or closely related GTM function
- Hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end-to-end, not just coordinating them
- Comfortable executing against a plan set by others while exercising real judgment day to day
- Credible with quota-carrying sellers and their managers
- Clear, proactive written communication across time zones with bias toward flagging problems early
- Working familiarity with enablement or LMS platforms such as Highspot, Sana, or comparable tools
- Based in or willing to relocate to London with right to work in the UK
