OpenX is seeking a Senior Director of Global DSP Operations to lead the operational strategy and execution of its demand-side platform (DSP) across global markets. This role sits at the intersection of market design, technical innovation, and operational excellence, overseeing the systems, processes, and teams that power OpenX's DSP infrastructure.
You will be responsible for designing and optimizing operational workflows that support DSP performance at scale, ensuring seamless integration between technology, product, and partner-facing teams. This includes managing operational metrics, identifying bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and driving efficiency across DSP operations globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a global operations team focused on DSP execution

- Overseeing SLAs, performance metrics, and operational KPIs for DSP services
- Collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams to optimize partner experience and platform reliability
