You'll join the Relationship Management team as Senior Community Manager, serving as the operational backbone that enables senior Relationship Managers to focus on high-value investor interactions. This role owns the back-end infrastructure powering investor relationships: CRM management, investor call preparation, scheduling coordination, follow-up tracking, and process improvements.
Key responsibilities include maintaining clean and complete investor records in the CRM with activity logs, contact information, and interaction history; preparing investor call materials and portfolio summaries ahead of investor interactions; managing post-call follow-up tasks including documentation and request routing; serving as a first point of contact for investor inquiries that don't require senior RM involvement; and proactively identifying investors needing attention or outreach.
You'll work directly with EPs, SVPs, and VPs of Relationship Management, reporting to the EVP of Investor Relations. Over time, this role may evolve into an Associate Relationship Management function where you'll develop expertise to take investor calls independently and manage relationships directly.
The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume investor or client-facing work in financial services, cares deeply about investor experience, sweats operational details, and holds themselves to extremely high standards on process and follow-through. The company operates a 5-day-a-week in-office culture with offices in Boston, New York, Chicago, Menlo Park, Manchester NH, London, and Tokyo.
