As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will lead technical program management and execution of strategic initiatives across Wiz's internal business systems. You'll serve as a bridge between business strategy, system logic, and technical design, driving deep systems analysis, data mapping, and functional integration across a complex internal systems landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Navigating enterprise system boundaries, transactional logic, and multi-system data flows across first-party and third-party tools
- Documenting and designing end-to-end system flows and functional integration requirements across the customer and transaction lifecycle (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Post-Sales)
- Leading large-scale technical programs, including post-merger integrations, by planning roadmaps and aligning technical milestones
- Leveraging extensive systems analytics experience to solve complex enterprise challenges
- Operating as a highly autonomous, senior systems resource who combines deep technical expertise with robust technical program management
- Building strong influence and driving cross-functional alignment in matrixed environments without formal authority
- Collaborating with specialized engineering resources to construct complete architectures
You'll work with CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Billing platforms, and Revenue Recognition processes. Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies, Jira, and data integration patterns is essential. The ideal candidate has 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or Technical Consultant, with 4+ years leading complex multi-system initiatives. M&A integration experience and staff-level leadership are highly valued.
